I can’t say enough how impressed I was with Jeff from Air Supplied Tech. He showed up for our schedule appointment early, took the time to explain his full process to me, answered several questions, and most importantly – he removed a ton of junk from our ducts!
We just moved into a new home a couple months ago. The furnace was the home’s original (25 years old), and I wanted to get it replaced. I also wanted to get the duct work cleaned before the new furnace installation (I took off a vent and saw tons of dust!). I got a recommendation from the HVAC contractor for Air SuppliedTechnologies, and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. When Jeff arrived at my home on the day of service, he was 10 minutes early. That impressed me because I’m used to contractors being 15 minutes late minimum! He explained the work that he would perform, and he immediately began the cleaning process. I’ve had duct cleanings before, but I’ve never had a cleaning that was this thorough. He used rotary brushes in the core duct work. Then, we took off all the return and supply vents, and I cleaned them while Jeff went to each one and cleaned the lines down toward the furnace. Their web site explains the process, and long story short, in 3.5 hours the job was finished at a price slightly below what I was quoted. Jeff showed me what the vacuum unit had collected, and I was surprised how much junk it removed. When I’ve had my duct work cleaned in the past, there’s usually a lot of dust left in the home — on counters, appliances, etc. In this case, I didn’t notice any additional dust. Lastly, there’s something to be said for single-employee businesses in this age. When I scheduled the job, I spoke to Jeff. When I received a confirmation phone call the night before the cleaning, it was Jeff. The person who did the work was Jeff. I like the idea of working with one person throughout the process — nothing gets lost in translation.Tim Chamberlain - Eagan
